- If you buy the book other than at our website, make sure you have the correct ISBN #. The ISBN number is listed on our website with each course description and course book.
- If you need the book now due to time constraints, you may get it from our website Amazon.com order button on an overnight or rush delivery for an extra fee. You also might be able to find it at a local book store. Call ahead and give them the ISBN number and title. They will check inventory over the phone for you.
- When taking the online test, make sure you check the ANSWER KEY at the end of the test for the correct answers. Change any incorrect answer BEFORE you submit for final grading. There is no time limit when taking the test, however, if you leave the website before completion of the test, you will have to start over and pay the fee again. Make sure you have ample time to take the test (15 multiple choice questions) in one sitting. Most people finish in 20-40 minutes. You must get a 100% score to pass and are allowed to print a certificate. This is important because you only get one chance to submit your FINAL test. Otherwise, you will have to pay again to start the test process over.
Order Book
Click on the Amazon.com button for the book you want to order. Choose a new book or you may choose to buy a used book at substantial savings. If a friend already has the book, you can skip this process and just borrow the book.Also, you can ask your employer to purchase the book for your department for others to use and to keep in your department library. Another option is to check with local or national chain bookstores to see if you can purchase the book there. Anyway, no matter how you obtain the book, just get a copy so you can read it before taking the test.
Print Certificate
